TRADE AND BUSINESS SECRETS means: Information, including a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique or process that derives independent economic value, actual or potential from not being generally known to the public or to other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy.
TRADE AND BUSINESS SECRETS means information, including a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique or process that derives independent economic value, actual or potential from not being generally known to the public or to other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy. “Proprietary and Confidential Information” means trade secrets, computer programs, designs, technology, ideas, know-how, processes, formulas, compositions, data, techniques, improvements, inventions (whether patentable or not), works of authorship, or other information concerning DELTA’s or its Subsidiaries business activities, customers or employees. “DELTA Materials” means documents or other media or tangible items that contain or embody proprietary and confidential information or any other information concerning the business, operations or plans of DELTA or its Subsidiaries and its customers and prospective customers, irrespective of who prepared such documents.
