Trading Markets definition

Trading Markets shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.3(g) hereof.
Trading Markets means the Italian Market and the U.S. Market.
Trading Markets means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Shares are listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange or, if applicable, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • The Company hereby agrees to use commercially reasonable best efforts to maintain the listing or quotation of the shares of Common Stock on each Trading Market on which each is currently listed, and concurrently with the Closing, the Company shall apply to list or quote all of the shares of Common Stock on such Trading Markets and promptly secure the listing of all of the shares of Common Stock on such Trading Markets.

  • The Company hereby agrees to use commercially reasonable best efforts to maintain the listing or quotation of the shares of Common Stock on each Trading Market on which each is currently listed, and concurrently with the Closing, the Company shall apply to list or quote all of the Shares and Warrant Shares on such Trading Markets and promptly secure the listing of all of the Shares and Warrant Shares on such Trading Markets.

  • The Company hereby agrees to use commercially reasonable best efforts to maintain the listing or quotation of the ADSs, Warrant ADSs and Ordinary Shares on each Trading Market on which each is currently listed, and concurrently with the Closing, the Company shall apply to list or quote all of the Shares, Warrant ADSs, Warrant Shares and/or ADSs on such Trading Markets and promptly secure the listing of all of the Warrant ADSs, ADSs and Shares on such Trading Markets.

  • The Company shall make all filings with the SEC and its Trading Markets as required by the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • No stop order or suspension of trading shall have been imposed by the Commission or any other governmental or regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Company or the Trading Market(s) where the Common Stock is listed or quoted, with respect to public trading in the Common Stock.

  • The Company shall make all filings with the Commission and its Trading Markets as required by the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • The Company agrees to use its best efforts to maintain the listing or quotation (as applicable) of the Common Stock on its current Trading Market and all other Trading Markets on which such Common Stock may hereafter be listed or quoted (as applicable) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of such Trading Market(s).

  • Denomination: $1,000 denominations and integral multiples of $1,000 Listing and Trading Markets: The Company does not intend to list the Notes on any securities exchange or to have the Notes quoted on a quotation system.

  • The Company will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing or quotation (as applicable) and trading of its Common Stock on each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted (as applicable) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of such Trading Market(s).

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the NASDAQ Global Market.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.

  • Stock Market means a market, or other place at which, or a facility by means of which—

  • Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.

  • NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.

  • NASDAQ means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • OTCBB means the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.

  • Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.

  • OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.

  • Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)
