When a proponent chooses the FERC’s Traditional Filing Process, the FERC assigns an environmental project manager after the proponent files their application.
Not unlike the Traditional Filing Process, in the NEPA Pre-Filing Process, a participating agency may first become aware of a project through a contact by the project proponent.
Traditional Filing: When not filing electronically in CM/ECF, parties shall file the original and two (2) copies of the memoranda and other materials and serve paper copies on opposing counsel and unrepresented parties.

The requirements of this paragraph apply when a voluntary bankruptcy petition is filed by a Traditional Filing as authorized under ECF Procedures.
Upon a showing of good cause approved by the Court, the parties may file documents by Traditional Filing.
