Traffic hearing officer means an official appointed under the civil traffic infraction hearing officer program who shall have the power to adjudicate civil traffic infractions subject to certain exceptions.
Hearing Officer means any individual or board charged with the duty of rendering decisions at any stage on grievances hereunder.
Catering Officer means a person who is responsible for catering services.
Monitoring Officer means the officer designated under Section 5(1) of the 1989 Act.
Filing officer means the office that is designated by section
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
Screening Officer means a person appointed to that position under this bylaw.
Ordering Officer means any person within the Agency authorised to order particular Services under the Contract.
Presiding officer means the labor commissioner or designee.
Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.
Recording officer means the county clerk of the county of Cort-
Assessing Officer means an officer of a State Government or Board or licensee, as the case may be, designated as such by the State Government;
adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;
Supervising Officer means the supervising officer of the Ministry;
Paying Officer means Head of finance / Manager (Finance).
Controlling Officer means an officer entrusted by a Department of the Central Government with the responsibility of controlling the incurring of expenditure and/or the collection of revenue. The term
signing officer means, in relation to any instrument, any person authorized to sign the same on behalf of the Corporation by paragraph 2.03 or by a resolution passed pursuant thereto;
Returning Officer means a person appointed by the Club to conduct an election on behalf of the Club, and shall include the State Electoral Commissioner or his representative when said Commissioner conducts an election.
Approving Officer means Richard S. Pzena, John P. Goetz, Ben Silver, Allison Fisch, or designee.
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Filing-office rule means a rule adopted pursuant to section 400.9-526;
taxing officer means the Chief Registrar or such other officer of the Court as the Chief Judge may appoint to tax costs.
working office means the office of the sponsoring firm where an individual does most of his or her business.
Inspecting Officer means any officer as mentioned below corresponding to different departments:
Commanding Officer means the Commanding Officer of a training ship furnished by the Administration.
Presidential elector certifying official means the state official or body that is
