An official of the Union may have access to the Employer’s premises, at any time, for the following purposes connected to this Agreement:
(a) to represent Employees under any term of this Agreement which creates a right to representation;
(b) to deal with disputes and represent Employees under clause 11– Dispute Resolution Procedure of this Agreement;
(c) to represent Employees and meet with the Employer about the negotiation of a replacement agreement;
(d) to attend induction meetings for new Employees;
(e) for any other purpose connected to the relationship between the Union and the Employer, subject to the provisions of this clause.
An official representative for CASE may attend any Board meeting and may offer comments at the time designated for stakeholder comments during the meeting. The Board agenda and exhibits and the approved minutes of each meeting of the board shall be available on the BCPS website.
An official. Representative of the Union shall have access to all jobs covered by this Agreement in carrying out their regular duties after first notifying the Superintendent or person in charge and upon the condition that they shall not interfere with the performance of the work and agrees to comply with all safety regulations on site. Information pertaining to jobsite locations shall be made available to the Union representative upon request.
An official representative for CASE may attend any Board meeting to offer comments at the conclusion of the public session. CASE will receive a copy of the agenda prior to each regular meeting of the Board and a copy of the approved minutes following each meeting.
An official certificate of completion and a written report must be submitted to earn credit for participation in a conference, seminar, or workshop. The certificate must indicate the number of hours completed.
An official personnel file shall be maintained by the University for every Faculty Member and shall include the following, if applicable:
An official. Union representative will be granted access to the personnel records upon written authorization from the ASE to the Labor Relations Officer. The ASE and/or their official Union representative may not remove any contents.
An official of the TWU and/ or the AFAP may be invited to attend a WRC meeting by a member of the WRC.
An official text in any language other than those referred to in paragraph (1) shall be established by the Director General of WIPO on the request of an interested party, after consultation with all the interested parties. For the purposes of this paragraph, “interested party” means any Member State of WIPO whose official language, or one of whose official languages, is involved and the European Community, and any other intergovernmental organization that may become party to this Treaty, if one of its official languages is involved.
An official transcript documenting awarding of the undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree, and date awarded, must be on file before any salary adjustment is implemented. Such adjustments for additional professional preparation shall not be retroactive for more than one college semester. Work completed during the summer college semester must be verified by official transcripts prior to November 15th of each current school year in order to be retroactive to September 1st of that school year. Work completed during the fall college semester must be so verified by June 15th in order to be retroactive to February 1st of that school year.
