Traffic Referral definition

Traffic Referral shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.07(e).

  • In the event Governmental Regulations preclude the payment of these fees by Northwest and Pinnacle then pays them, Northwest shall immediately begin paying Pinnacle a "Traffic Referral" commission on a semi-monthly basis in an amount equal to such fees formerly paid by Northwest for Pinnacle.
