Examples of Trains 1 and 2 in a sentence

  • Such extension shall meet the requirements of this Attachment O and shall not relieve Contractor of any of its responsibilities to meet the requirements of Attachment O under the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement.

  • SPL has entered into a lump-sum turnkey EPC contract with Bechtel for Phase 1 of the liquefaction project (Trains 1 and 2).

  • If damage occurs to Train 1 or Train 2 prior to substantial completion of such applicable Train 1 or Train 2, liability for such damage shall be governed by the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement.

  • In addition, a default under the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement by Contractor shall, if elected by Owner in its sole discretion, constitute a Default by Contractor under this Agreement, and in that case the liability for a default under the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement is handled under article 16 of the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement and the liability for a Default under this Agreement is handled in this ARTICLE 16.

Related to Trains 1 and 2

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Base station means the station as set out in Part-II (SOQ) hereof where the vehicle(s) / equipment shall be permanently based, (i.e. based for minimum period of 10 (Ten) days at a stretch) which may be changed at the discretion of the Company.

  • Preventive services means preservation services, as defined

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
