Tranche 3 Facility Charge definition

Tranche 3 Facility Charge means 0.85% of the Tranche 3 Advance, which is payable to Lender in accordance with Section 4.2(d).

Tranche 3 Facility Charge means one percent (1.00%) of the principal amount of any Tranche 3 Advance, which is payable to the Lenders in accordance with Section 4.2(e).

Tranche 3 Facility Charge means Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500), which is payable to the Lenders in accordance with Section 4.2(e).

Tranche 3 Facility Charge means Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000).
