Tranche A-2 Term Loan definition

Tranche A-2 Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01B.
Tranche A-2 Term Loan means a loan made by a Tranche A-2 Term Loan Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2(a) of the Existing Credit Agreement, and continued under this Agreement, and (if and as applicable) and any Additional Term Loan Advance in respect of the Tranche A-2 Term Loan Facility to be made to the Borrower by an Additional Term Loan Lender pursuant to Section 2.16(c).
Tranche A-2 Term Loan means the Tranche A-2 Term Loans under the Bank Credit Facilities.

More Definitions of Tranche A-2 Term Loan

Tranche A-2 Term Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or Section 2.01(h) of the Second ARCA.
Tranche A-2 Term Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(c).

Tranche A-2 Term Loan means the collective reference to the Tranche A Term Loans that are subject to the 2021 Extension Option (as defined in the Second Amendment) as of the Second Amendment Effective Date.
