Tranche A-3 Term Loan definition

Tranche A-3 Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01C.

Tranche A-3 Term Loan means the Tranche A-3 Term Loans under the Bank Credit Facilities.

Tranche A-3 Term Loan means the incremental loan made by a Lender to Parent Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(B)(i) on the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date.
