Tranche A Availability Period means, with respect to any Lender, the period from and including the Closing Date to the earliest of (a) the Revolving Maturity Date applicable to such Lender, (b) the date of termination of the Aggregate Tranche A Commitments pursuant to Section 2.5, and (c) the date of termination of the commitment of each Tranche A Lender to make Loans pursuant to Section 7.1. For the avoidance of doubt, clause (c) of this definition shall be triggered when the commitment of all Tranche A Lenders has been terminated pursuant to Section 7.1 as to all Tranche A Borrowers in their capacity as Tranche A Borrowers.

Tranche A Availability Period means the period commencing with the date hereof and ending on the earlier of (a) the date the Tranche A Commitments are terminated and (b) the date that is two years after the date hereof.

Examples of Tranche A Availability Period in a sentence

During the Tranche A Availability Period and the Tranche B Availability Period, as applicable, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, such Borrower may request and use the proceeds of Loans of one Type to repay outstanding Loans of another Type.

Accrued commitment fees shall be payable quarterly in arrears on each Interest Payment Date, on each date falling three calendar months after each Interest Payment Date and, in the case of the last installment of commitment fees payable hereunder, on the last day of the Tranche A Availability Period and the Tranche B Availability Period, as the case may be.

Tranche A Availability Period means the period from and including the Restatement Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Tranche A Maturity Date and the date on which all of the Tranche A Credit-Linked Deposits are returned to the Tranche A Lenders.
