Tranche A Borrowing Date definition

Tranche A Borrowing Date means a Borrowing Date in respect of Tranche A Loans.
Tranche A Borrowing Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(a).
Tranche A Borrowing Date means any date on which a Tranche A Borrowing occurs under subsection 2.3(a).
