Tranche A Exposure definition

Tranche A Exposure as to any Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the outstanding aggregate amount of such Lender’s Tranche A Loans at such time and (b) such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the Tranche A L/C Obligations then outstanding.
Tranche A Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender's Tranche A Term Loans at such time.

More Definitions of Tranche A Exposure

Tranche A Exposure means, with respect to each Bank, the amount of its Tranche A Commitment, if still in existence, or the aggregate outstanding principal amount of its Tranche A Loans, if its Tranche A Commitment is no longer in existence.
Tranche A Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Tranche A Loans outstanding, and (b) the Tranche A Swing Line Exposure.
Tranche A Exposure with respect to any Tranche A Lender as of any date, the sum as of such date of (i) the outstanding principal balance of such Lender's Tranche A Loans, plus (ii) such Lender's Letter of Credit Exposure.
