Tranche A Outstandings definition

Tranche A Outstandings means the aggregate Tranche A Loans to the Customer outstanding at any time (including Tranche A Loans the proceeds of which have been applied to the payment of Finance Costs), PLUS accrued and unpaid interest thereon as provided in Section 2.07(a).
Tranche A Outstandings means the aggregate of all Loans outstanding under Tranche A.
Tranche A Outstandings means, at any particular time, the sum of (a) the principal amount of Tranche A Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding at such time and (c) the principal amount of Swing Loans outstanding at such time.

Tranche A Outstandings means, in relation to a Bank at a particular time, the aggregate principal amount of its share of all (if any) Tranche A Advances outstanding at that time;
