Tranche B-2 Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1.
Tranche B-2 Term Loan means, collectively, (i) a Term Loan in Dollars made pursuant to Section 2.1(f)(i) on the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date and (ii) each Additional Tranche B-2 Term Loan.
