Tranche B Borrowing definition

Tranche B Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Tranche B Loans.
Tranche B Borrowing means Tranche B Term Loans of the same Class and Type made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurocurrency Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • Each Tranche B Borrowing shall be in an amount not less than the Revolving Credit Borrowing Minimum or the Revolving Credit Borrowing Multiple in excess thereof and shall consist of Tranche B Advances of the same Type and in the same currency made on the same day by the Tranche B Lenders ratably according to their respective Tranche B Commitments.

  • For purposes of calculating the Tranche A Borrowing Base, the Tranche B Borrowing Base and the Aggregate Borrowing Base, such calculation of Inventory shall be on a “first-in, first-out” basis.
