Tranche F Term Loans definition

Tranche F Term Loans means the Term Loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2(b) of Amendment No. 7.

Tranche F Term Loans means the Term Loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2(b) of Amendment No. 4.

Tranche F Term Loans set forth in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

• One of the main characteristics of SoS software architectures is that the concrete constituent systems that will be part of the system are partially known or even unknown at design time.

• The making of the Tranche F Term Loans by the Tranche F Term Lender shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and the Tranche F Term Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 3A shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

More Definitions of Tranche F Term Loans

Tranche F Term Loans and replacing them with “Tranche G Term Loans” and (B) “Tranche F Term Loan Commitment” and replacing them with “Tranche G Term Loan Commitment”.

Tranche F Term Loans means the Loans described in Section 2.01(d). The aggregate principal amount of Tranche F Term Loans outstanding as of the Restatement Effective Date is $250,000,000.

Tranche F Term Loans means the Loans made by Tranche F Term Lenders to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(viii). `TRANCHE G TERM LENDER' or `TRANCHE G TERM LENDERS' means the Lender or Lenders having a Tranche G Term Loan Commitment or having a Tranche G Term Loan outstanding.
