Transaction Term Sheet definition

Transaction Term Sheet has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

• In the event of any conflict among the terms and provisions of (i) the Transaction Term Sheet and (ii) this Agreement, the terms and provisions of the Transaction Term Sheet shall control.
