Issuer Transfer Restriction Event means a Transfer Restriction Event prohibiting, restricting or materially delaying the transfer of a Redeeming Collateral Component by the Issuer to the Vendor.
If such Transfer Restriction Event still exist on the date falling 365 days from the relevant original Replacement Collateral Component Settlement Date, the Vendor’s obligation to deliver the Replacement Collateral Component and the Issuer’s payment obligations with respect to the corresponding portion of Notes shall be extinguished.
