Transferor Collection Account definition

Transferor Collection Account means the bank account maintained by the relevant Transferor with the Collection Account Bank on which all payments made by the relevant Borrowers are collected.
Transferor Collection Account means the account held for the purposes of clause 16.1 (Transferor Collection Account and Transferor Receipts Account) of the Receivables Securitisation Deed.
