Transferred Lasers means the particular product form of swept-tunable Lasers that as of the date hereof are being manufactured by Coherent in the Clean Room and supplied to Luna and the bill of materials for which product is listed on Schedule 1.1(tt).

Examples of Transferred Lasers in a sentence

  • Such Luna Technical Personnel may observe and become familiar with the Coherent process for manufacturing the Transferred Lasers and the use of the Transferred Assets at the Clean Room.

  • Coherent will permit Luna Technical Personnel, under the supervision of Coherent, to build at least ten (10) of the Transferred Lasers, of which at least three (3) Transferred Lasers shall be in good working order and capable of being powered and tuned.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.
