Xxxx of Materials. Within three (3) days after the date of this Agreement, AIRNET shall have provided INVESTORS with AIRNET's Xxxx of Materials, prepared as at February 12, 2003, reflecting AIRNET's detailed costs of goods, products and services with respect to all goods and services procured from its vendors in the ordinary course of its business, together with AIRNET's revised proposed Xxxx of Materials reflecting projected operations after the Closing Date, and INVESTORS shall have been satisfied with the accuracy and completeness, of the current Xxxx of Materials as well as with the reasonableness and feasibility of the revised proposed Xxxx of Materials.
Xxxx of Materials. Before placing orders for or purchasing any materials for use in Goods that are comprised of multiple components, Supplier will provide Apple, for Apple’s review and approval, a complete BOM for such Goods, as applicable, listing the supplier(s), part number(s), lead time(s), and cost(s) of each material therein, as applicable. [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] INDICATES MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FOR WHICH CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED. ALL SUCH OMITTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED.
Xxxx of Materials. Prior to the commencement of any Services, Eargo and Supplier will agree in writing on a xxxx of materials for the Product that itemizes the Components, Approved Vendors, and other materials necessary for the manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of the Products and which, if signed by Eargo, is made a part of the applicable Specifications (the “BOM”). Each BOM will reference the applicable SOW and Specifications to which it pertains. The BOM may also specify the lead-times for the Products. The parties may update the BOM from time to time solely by mutual written agreement. A BOM that is not signed by Eargo is not accepted by Eargo and is not made a part of the applicable SOW or Specifications.
Xxxx of Materials. Xxxx of Materials. Establishing a Xxxx of Materials (BOM) shall be developed by Finance and Administration (F&A), Strategic Technology Solutions (STS) and the Contractor. No Partner can take part in this process. The BOM must list the NASPO ValuePoint current manufacturer catalog part number.
Xxxx of Materials. Contractor shall be required to submit to Town and Consultant a final xxxx of materials with unit costs for each bid item for supply of materials installed. This shall be an itemized list of all materials with a unit cost for each material, and the total cost shall be determined on the basis of the unit costs established for each Contract item. A Final Certificate for Payment will not be issued by Consultant until Contractor submits the final xxxx of materials and Consultant verifies the accuracy of the units of Work.
Xxxx of Materials. The xxxx of materials attached hereto as Schedule 16.1.11 is true, complete and accurate, and presents fairly all costs and expenses associated with the manufacture of the Licensed Cardiovascular Products as conducted by Endocare as of the Closing Date.
Xxxx of Materials. Upon written request, Delta agrees to disclose to Gigamon the xxxx of materials (BOM) list for the JDM Products. Each component on the BOM will be categorized as being in Category A, Category B, or Category C. “Category A” components are components that the Parties mutually agree are relatively high costs items; “Category B” components are components that the Parties mutually agree are lower cost items, but critical to the JDM Product design; and “Category C” components are components that the Parties mutually agree are lower cost items and less critical to the JDM Product design. Xxxx of Materials. “Xxxx of Materials” means a document that lists all components, identified by their respective manufacturer’s part number, used in the assembly of a Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
