Transferred Trade Secrets definition

Transferred Trade Secrets means the Trade Secrets (other than the Excluded Assets) owned by Seller or any Seller Subsidiaries that are exclusively used in the Business in the Licensed Field as of the Closing Date. Notwithstanding, Buyer shall have full, unlimited ownership of the Transferred Trade Secrets as of the date of Closing, and shall have no limitation on the use of the Transferred Trade Secrets whether in the Licensed Field or otherwise.
Transferred Trade Secrets means the Trade Secrets known to the Parties that are exclusively used in the Business.
Transferred Trade Secrets means the Trade Secrets owned by Seller which are related to the Transferred Software and the Transferred Copyright.

More Definitions of Transferred Trade Secrets

Transferred Trade Secrets means any Trade Secrets owned by Seller and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date that are embodied in the Products and used exclusively in the Business and not embodied or used in or with any other current product or service or planned product or service of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries; provided, however, that such term shall not include any rights in Trade Secrets that are described within a Patent issuing after the Closing Date related to a patent application that was filed prior to the Closing Date.
Transferred Trade Secrets means the trade secrets known to the parties that are owned by JDSU or by a JDSU Affiliate immediately before the Effective Date and that are primarily used in the Lumentum Business. For the avoidance of any doubt Transferred Trade Secrets do not include Common Infrastructure Trade Secrets.
