Owned Company Intellectual Property definition

Owned Company Intellectual Property means that portion of the Company Intellectual Property and Company Intellectual Property Rights that is owned by the Company Entities.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Company Intellectual Property that is owned in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries claims or purports to own in whole or in part). “Owned Company Intellectual Property” includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP;

Owned Company Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP;

Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, other than unregistered items of Intellectual Property.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by (solely or jointly) the Company or any Company Subsidiary (or that Company or any Company Subsidiary claims or purports to own), including all Registered Company Intellectual Property set forth on Section 3.14(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Company Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned (whether solely or jointly with others) by any member of the Company Group.
