Transition Task definition

Transition Task means any task relating to transition that the Parties agree and set out in a relevant Transition Plan in accordance with Appendix 1 of Schedule 8 (Transition and Transformation) to this Agreement.

Examples of Transition Task in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall submit, for CO approval, by close of the Transition Task Order Period, a Contractor Employee Compensation Plan demonstrating how the Contractor will comply with the compensation requirements of this Contract.
