As of the Effective Date the Parties will enter into an interim quality agreement in relation to the Transitional Supply Arrangements (“Interim Quality Agreement”).
The terms of the Transitional Supply Arrangements shall form the basis for the Supply Agreement and Quality Agreement.

Shared Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between two or more municipalities, including the District Municipality, whereby the participating municipalities agree to share services described in the agreement;
