Transmission Contracts definition

Transmission Contracts means any and all contracts entered into by the FAW and/or its agents and licensees in or ancillary to the exercise of the Transmission Rights.

Transmission Contracts means the "Member Transmission Contracts" as defined in the Member Agreement and the contract(s) to be executed and delivered between GTC and OPC providing for transmission and related services based on the form of the Member Transmission Contracts, with such changes from such form as GTC and OPC shall agree upon (the "OPC Transmission Contract").
