Transmission Station Compound Works definition

Transmission Station Compound Works means the works to be undertaken by the Customer as required by the Company in relation to the Transmission Station(s) and the Communications and Control Room which includes but are not limited to buildings, roadways, switchgear foundations, building services, cable ducts and troughs, fencing, final stoning, power supplies, telephone, water supplies, sewerage disposal and site drainage;
Transmission Station Compound Works means that part of the Customer’s Contested Connection Works required by the Company in relation to the Transmission Station and the Communications and Control Room which includes but is not limited to the Customer’s provision of buildings, structures, roadways, switchgear foundations, building services, cable ducts and troughs, fencing, final stoning, power supplies, telephone, water supplies, sewerage disposal and site drainage in respect of same;
Transmission Station Compound Works mean that part of the Works to be undertaken by the Generator as required by ESBNG in accordance with the Connection Agreement;

Examples of Transmission Station Compound Works in a sentence

  • The Customer shall, in accordance with the Construction Programme, be obliged to carry out the Transmission Station Compound Works to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company.

  • The Customer shall ensure that the construction contract permits changes of a non- substantive nature to be made by the Company during the carrying out of the Transmission Station Compound Works to improve the practical operations of the Transmission Station.

  • The Generator shall procure that the EPC Contractor engaged for the construction of the Transmission Station Compound Works will carry out tests to ensure that the same is constructed in accordance with its design and Specifications.

Related to Transmission Station Compound Works

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Transmission Injection Rights means Capacity Transmission Injection Rights and Energy Transmission Injection Rights.

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Transmission Licensee means a licensee authorised to establish or operate transmission lines;

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Merchant Transmission Facilities means A.C. or D.C. transmission facilities that are interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and that are so identified in Tariff, Attachment T, provided, however, that Merchant Transmission Facilities shall not include (i) any Customer Interconnection Facilities, (ii) any physical facilities of the Transmission System that were in existence on or before March 20, 2003 ; (iii) any expansions or enhancements of the Transmission System that are not identified as Merchant Transmission Facilities in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and Tariff, Attachment T, or (iv) any transmission facilities that are included in the rate base of a public utility and on which a regulated return is earned.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Transmission links are the means used for inter-connecting distributed units for the purpose of conveying signals, operating data or an energy supply. This equipment is generally electrical but may, in some part, be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic.

  • Interregional Transmission Project means transmission facilities that would be located within two or more neighboring transmission planning regions and are determined by each of those regions to be a more efficient or cost effective solution to regional transmission needs.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) means a breath or saliva device, other than an Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT), that is approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Energy Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy deliveries at a specified point on the Transmission System. Energy Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—

  • S&P CDO Monitor Test A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination (following receipt, at any time on or after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, by the Issuer and the Collateral Administrator of the Class Break-even Default Rates for each S&P CDO Monitor input file (in accordance with the definition of “Class Break-even Default Rate”)) if, after giving effect to a proposed sale or purchase of an additional Collateral Obligation, the Class Default Differential of the Highest Ranking Class of the Proposed Portfolio is positive. The S&P CDO Monitor Test will be considered to be improved if the Class Default Differential of the Proposed Portfolio that is not positive is greater than the corresponding Class Default Differential of the Current Portfolio.

  • Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a
