Transmitter Connection Costs definition

Transmitter Connection Costs means those Connection Costs associated with those modifications to Transmitter-owned facilities required to connect the Facility to a Transmission System that only the Transmitter can perform, and that are payable by the Supplier to the Transmitter as required by the Transmission System Code.
Transmitter Connection Costs means those Connection Costs associated with those modifications to Transmitter-owned facilities required to connect the Contract Facility to a Transmission System that only the Transmitter can perform, and that are payable by the Supplier to the Transmitter as required by the Transmission System Code.

  • Subject to the Buyer’s review and approval of the Supplier’s invoices and paid receipts for Transmitter Connection Costs, the Buyer will reimburse such Transmitter Connection Costs (for greater certainty, without any interest accruing from the date such amounts were paid by the Supplier) to the Supplier on or before the later of (i) the date which is sixty (60) days after submittal of each invoice and (ii) the date that is one year prior to the Milestone Date for Commercial Operation.

  • The Supplier shall pay all Transmitter Connection Costs to the Transmitter as and when due.

  • If the Transmitter Connection Costs are adjusted subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date, the Supplier shall forthwith provide written evidence thereof to the Buyer.

  • The Supplier shall submit to the Buyer an invoice itemizing and describing the Transmitter Connection Costs, together with copies of each of the paid receipts issued by the Transmitter to the Supplier.

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Annual Transmission Costs means the total annual cost of the Transmission System for purposes of Network Integration Transmission Service shall be the amount specified in Attachment H for each Zone until amended by the applicable Transmission Owner or modified by the Commission. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, antennas, and associated facilities, used by a communications service provider to provide communications service.

  • Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities means that portion of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities comprised of all Attachment Facilities on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection. Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
