Connection Costs definition

Connection Costs means all costs relating to the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, modification, and commissioning of any Connection Facilities;
Connection Costs means those costs which are payable by the Supplier related to the capital contribution that an LDC may charge a generator to construct an expansion to connect a generation facility to the Distribution System as prescribed by the Distribution System Code.
Connection Costs mean those costs which are payable by the Supplier related to new or modified connection facilities, as defined by the Transmission System Code, for the reliable connection of the Facility to a Transmission System as more particularly specified pursuant to the System Impact Assessment, Customer Impact Assessment, and Transmission System Code for generator connections. For greater certainty, Connection Costs consist of Transmitter Connection Costs and Supplier Connection Costs, but shall not include Network Upgrade Costs.

Examples of Connection Costs in a sentence

  • Private Connection Costs means the costs to Eligible Property Owners for pipes, labor, availability and connection fees, and other appurtenances that may be necessary to properly connect a dwelling unit to the public water and/or sanitary sewer system.

  • An EP is an extension of up to 300 feet of public water or sewer per Eligible Property within an Extension Area, with the remaining Private Connection Costs being required of the Eligible Property Owner(s).

Connection Costs means the Refurbishment Costs attributable to connecting Xxxxx A and Xxxxx X to the IESO-Controlled Grid at the Point of Delivery, excluding any System Upgrade Costs, as determined in accordance with the Transmitter’s policies and procedures, as applicable, and by the OEB, if necessary.
Connection Costs means, if the Control Equipment includes Behind the Meter Generation, the costs incurred by a Transmitter or LDC in connecting the generator to the Load.
Connection Costs means those costs which may include design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning costs related to the reliable connection of the Project and Facility to a Distribution System or Transmission System, as more particularly specified pursuant to the Impact Assessment.

Connection Costs mean those costs which are payable by the Supplier related to: (i) where the Contract Facility is connected to a Transmission System, new or modified connection facilities, as defined by the Transmission System Code, for the reliable connection of the Contract Facility to a Transmission System as more particularly specified pursuant to the System Impact Assessment, Customer Impact Assessment and Transmission System Code for generator connections; for greater certainty, Connection Costs consist of Transmitter Connection Costs and Supplier Connection Costs, but shall not include Network Upgrade Costs; (ii) where the Contract Facility is connected to an LDC, the capital contribution that an LDC may charge a generator to construct an expansion to connect a generation facility to the Local Distribution System as prescribed by the Distribution System Code.
