Transponder Lease Agreement definition

Transponder Lease Agreement means any agreement by and between the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries and any other Person for the license, lease or other agreement to use telecommunications satellites in the operation of the business of the Borrower or such Subsidiaries and any other agreement related thereto.
