Transport Charges definition

Transport Charges means the transport charges payable by the Company to the Carrier in consideration for the Services, which charges are to be determined and adjusted from time to time in accordance with the RFQ process;
Transport Charges means the charges for transport of the Products from WSS’ warehouse premises to the relevant Agreed Port, as set out in Appendix 2.
Transport Charges means the rates set out in Schedule 3 comprising of:‌ (a) all transport, loading, unloading, storage, and all other costs of the Contractor to deliver the Equipment to the Delivery Point, including unloading the Equipment at the Delivery Point; and/or (b) all transport, loading, unloading, storage, and all other costs of the Contractor to collect the Equipment at the Collection Point.

Examples of Transport Charges in a sentence

  • Global Access Transport Charges (U.S. Bridged): Per-minute per-bridge port usage charges, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type.

  • These include applicable per minute of use Unbundled Tandem Transport Charges (“UTTC”) for each call transported between the TOPS Tandem and the originating End Office, per minute of use Tandem Transit Switching Charge (“TTSC”) for each call that traverses a BA Tandem switch, and the appropriate per minute of use charges for Reciprocal Compensation (“UNRCC” or “UCRCC”) depending on the terminating End Office Switch, as set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The Company may request further information and calculations from the Carrier in assessment of the adjustment in Transport Charges.

  • With respect to TRANSCEND(TM) 2000 products and services, after determining Customer's applicable Discount under the appropriate Attachment(s), the applicable Discount will only be applied to Customer's Domestic Transport Charges and Customer's Extended Transport Charges to/from Extended Locations unless otherwise noted in an Attachment.

  • In any event and payment terms for Transport Charges are such that Customer is obliged to pay Supplier a minimum of [*****] days prior to the date Supplier must meet its payment obligations to transport providers for Transport Charges.

  • Transport Charges Customer will pay Cingular three cents--($.03) per SMS message sent or received over the connection.

Related to Transport Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.
