Transportation Development Tax definition

Transportation Development Tax or “TDT” means a reimbursement charge, an improvement charge or a combination thereof assessed or collected at the time of increased usage of transportation capital facilities or issuance of a development permit or building permit. “TDT” also means the tax imposed under this chapter.
