Reimbursement charge definition

Reimbursement charge means an SDC for costs associated with capital facilities that have already been constructed which have been determined to have capacity available to serve new development.
Reimbursement charge means the charge established by a Resolution and Order
Reimbursement charge. A charge levied by the Board against an Owner to reimburse the Association for costs and expenses incurred in bringing the Owner and/or his or her Unit into compliance with the provisions of this Declaration, determined and levied pursuant to sections 4.10 and 5.1.A of this Declaration.

Related to Reimbursement charge
