Transportation or Carriage of Goods definition

Transportation or Carriage of Goods means the transportation or carriage of goods from one place to another by a person or goods transport agency by road or through pipeline or conduit, including the services of cargo handling like loading, unloading, packing, un-packing, stacking and storage of goods;
Transportation or Carriage of Goods means the transportation or carriage of goods from one place to another either by road or through pipeline or conduit, including the services of cargo handling like loading, unloading, packing, un-packing, stacking and storage of goods, classified under tariff heading 9804.1000;

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • Transport means the most efficient and available method of conveyance. In all cases, where practical, economy fare will be utilized. If possible, the Insured’s Common Carrier tickets will be used.

  • Agricultural product means the products listed in Annex I to the Treaty, except fishery and aquaculture products listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013;
