Travel promoter definition

Travel promoter means a person who sells, provides, furnishes, contracts for, or arranges travel services for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration. "Travel promoter" does not include a transportation carrier if the carrier provides, furnishes, contracts for, or arranges only transportation services that are directly provided by the transportation carrier as the substantial portion of the transportation carrier's business; and

  • Travel Advisory or Travel Warning means U.S. State Department communication advising caution in traveling to specified destinations due to reasons such as armed violence, civil or political unrest, high incidence of crime (specially kidnapping and/or murder), natural disaster or outbreak of one or more contagious diseases.

  • Tourism promotion means activities and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing, or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding marketing of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means use of the respective sales forces of the Parties or their Affiliates to promote, following exercise of the Co-Promotion Option by Ambit, a Co-Promoted Product in the U.S., where “promote” means the process of direct contact between the respective sales forces and medical professionals (as further defined in the applicable Co-Promotion Agreement) who are able to purchase or influence the purchase of the Co-Promoted Product, in accordance with and as further defined in Exhibit D and the Co-Promotion Agreement.

  • Travel retailer means a business entity that makes, arranges, or offers travel services and may offer and disseminate travel insurance as a service to its customers on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.
