Trial Access definition

Trial Access means trial access for Subscriber and its Users for purposes of evaluating the Service. Trial Access is for such parts of the Service and for the duration as specified on the agreement form;
Trial Access has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.2 (“Evaluation”)
Trial Access means limited time access to select Individual Trial Subscription based on Trial Period specified on the Product and Service Catalog.

Examples of Trial Access in a sentence

  • Customer may not use Trial Access for any other purposes, including but not limited to competitive analysis, commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes.

  • Unless Customer purchases a subscription for the Service, upon any such termination or expiration Customer’s Trial Access will cease.

  • Trial Access is for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling Customer to evaluate a prospective purchase of Products and not to be deployed as part of Customer’s business processes.

  • Unless earlier terminated, Trial Access will automatically time-out at the end of the Trial Period without further notice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the Trial Access shall be for four (4) weeks commencing on the Effective Date, after which Trial Access will automatically end unless Subscriber has entered into a Service Deal with a start date on or before the last day of the trial period.

  • During Trial Access, Subscriber and its Users are granted access to use Services for all Subject Matters available to Users at the Effective Date.

  • If your access to the Software is Trial Access, you are still responsible to pay for the AWS Services during the trial period.

  • TpT is not obligated to offer Trial Access or Beta Features to any Customer, and reserves the right to condition Trial Access or access to Beta Features on a commitment by Customer to provide Feedback in the form of user research calls, surveys or other forms.

  • Notarize's obligations under this Section 9.1 do not apply if a claim arises from: (i) Third-Party Software, (ii) additions, changes or modifications to the Platform by or on behalf of User, (iii) use of the Platform in conjunction with the User System or any product or service not provided by Notarize, (iv) Trial Access, or (v) User’s breach of Section 2.2 (Restrictions) or Section 5 (User Acknowledgements and Responsibilities).

  • We generally do not offer support if your use is only based on a Trial Access, except if decided otherwise in our sole discretion.


More Definitions of Trial Access

Trial Access refers to Orders in which you pay AWS fees for the AWS Services, but do not pay AWS additional fees for access to the Marketplace Software. “Paid Access” refers to Orders in which you pay AWS for the AWS Services and you pay AWS additional fees for access to the Marketplace Software.

Related to Trial Access

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
