Trial Products definition

Trial Products mean the Products that VECTRA or its authorized representative makes available to End User for evaluation purposes.
Trial Products means trial or evaluation software or services, however designated, that Threat Stack may make available to Client.
Trial Products means e.g. trial, sandbox or demonstration versions of the Services offered to the Customer on an ad hoc basis for trial purposes only. Article 2 PERFORMANCE & DELIVERY

Examples of Trial Products in a sentence

  • VECTRA may, at its option, provide reasonable support for the Trial Products to facilitate End User’s ability to evaluate such technology, but shall have no obligation to provide any such support.

  • End User shall discontinue all use of and return such Trial Products at the end of the Evaluation Period, unless the End User has properly procured the applicable Trial Products and converted them to Products hereunder.

  • Any Trial Products may only be used for evaluation during the evaluation period, not to exceed thirty (30) days (“Evaluation Period”) or such longer period as may be approved in writing by VECTRA in its sole discretion and solely for considering whether to purchase such Trial Products from VECTRA and not for any other purpose or any productive use.

  • Any rights to use the Trial Products beyond the scope of this Agreement will be subject to a separate written agreement between VECTRA and End User.

  • During the Evaluation Period, VECTRA may, at its sole discretion, limit certain functionality or features of the Trial Products.

Related to Trial Products

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
