Trial Products definition

Trial Products mean the Products that VECTRA or its authorized representative makes available to End User for evaluation purposes.
Trial Products means e.g. trial, sandbox or demonstration versions of the Services offered to the Customer on an ad hoc basis for trial purposes only.
Trial Products means trial or evaluation software or services, however designated, that Threat Stack may make available to Client.

Examples of Trial Products in a sentence

  • During the Evaluation Period, VECTRA may, at its sole discretion, limit certain functionality or features of the Trial Products.

  • Any Trial Products may only be used for evaluation during the evaluation period, not to exceed thirty (30) days (“Evaluation Period”) or such longer period as may be approved in writing by VECTRA in its sole discretion and solely for considering whether to purchase such Trial Products from VECTRA and not for any other purpose or any productive use.

  • VECTRA may, at its option, provide reasonable support for the Trial Products to facilitate End User’s ability to evaluate such technology, but shall have no obligation to provide any such support.

  • End User shall hold in confidence and not disclose to any third party all unpublished information, trade secrets and confidential information about the Trial Products and Pre-Release Products.

  • No title and/or any rights of possession to Trial Products or Pre-Release Products (if any) are granted by virtue of this Agreement.

  • We may offer certain Products as "Trial Products." If you are approved for a Trial Product, you may provide it to End Users for evaluation purposes, or (if we agree) you may use it as part of a Development System.

  • Trial Products and Pre-Release Products shall constitute “Confidential Information” of Sandvine for the purposes of the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement, or any other separate confidentiality agreement between the parties.

  • Trial Products and Pre-Release Products contain unpublished information and embodies valuable trade secrets proprietary to Sandvine and Affiliates and their suppliers and licensors.

  • However, the relevant Fund may not withhold from a Shareholder amounts in respect of equalization interest.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer is responsible for the Trial Products (except for reasonable wear and tear), until the Trial Products are back within Rubrik’s possession and control.

Related to Trial Products

  • The Material/ Product means all the materials along with the accessories which the contractor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
