Tribal Affiliate definition

Tribal Affiliate means an entity directly or indirectly wholly owned by the Tribe. Solely for purposes of this definition, the phrase “wholly owned by” means ownership of one hundred percent (100%) of an equity interest, or the equivalent thereof.
