Tribal Chairman definition

Tribal Chairman means tribal chairman, governor, chief or other per- son recognized by the tribal govern- ment as its chief executive officer.
Tribal Chairman or “Vice-Chairman” means the Red Cliff Tribal Chairman and Red Cliff Tribal Vice-Chairman, duly elected.
