Tribal retailer definition

Tribal retailer means a cigarette retailer wholly owned by the Nooksack Tribe and located in Indian country or a member-owned smokeshop located in Indian country and licensed by the Tribe.
Tribal retailer means a cigarette retailer as that term is defined in RCW 82.24.010 that is licensed by and located within the jurisdiction of the Yakama Nation and is wholly owned by the Yakama Nation or any of its enrolled members.
