Tribunal member definition

Tribunal member. ’ means a member of the Tribunal referred to in section 220;
Tribunal member means a person who is appointed, or authorised to perform functions, as a member of the Tribunal under Part 6;
Tribunal member means a member of the Hearing Division or Appeal Division (“membre du Tribunal”).
