Western Australia the following definitions‑
Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia.
Asia means Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, North Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
Australian Consumer Law means the law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Denmark means the Kingdom of Denmark including any area outside the territorial sea of Denmark which in accordance with international law has been or may hereafter be designated under Danish laws as an area within which Denmark may exercise sovereign rights with respect to the exploration and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea-bed or its subsoil and the superjacent waters and with respect to other activities for the exploration and economic exploitation of the area; the term does not comprise the Faroe Islands and Greenland;
Australian Tax Act means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth) (Australia) or the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth) (Australia), as applicable.
Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of central banking and also includes its successors;
Sweden means the Kingdom of Sweden and, when used in a geographical sense, includes the national territory, the territorial sea of Sweden as well as other maritime areas over which Sweden in accordance with international law exercises sovereign rights or jurisdiction;
UK means the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Australian Regional Health Group means a collective of regional health funds that negotiates hospital purchaser provider agreements with providers and monitors the registration process of relevant general treatment providers.

Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Argentina means the Republic of Argentina.
Flexible vinyl adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond flexible vinyl to substrates. Flexible vinyl means a nonrigid polyvinyl chloride plastic with at least five percent, by weight, of plasticizer content. A plasticizer is a material, such as a high boiling point organic solvent, that is incorporated into a vinyl to increase its flexibility, workability, or distensibility, and may be determined using ASTM Method E260-91 or from product formulation data.
World Bank Group means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association, the International Finance Corporation and MIGA.
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
Australian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Australia or any province or territory thereof.
Sukuk means a type of Islamic bond that is backed by assets of the issuer that earn profit or rent.
Consumer fireworks means fireworks devices that are designed to produce visible effects by combustion, that are required to comply with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations promulgated by the United States consumer product safety commission under 16 CFR parts 1500 and 1507, and that are listed in APA standard 87-1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.5. Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.
