TRS provider definition

TRS provider means an entity selected by the public utilities commission as the provider of telecommunications relay service for this state as part of the commission's intrastate telecommunications relay service program certified pursuant to federal law.
TRS provider means the Total Return Swap Provider under the note purchase agreement dated as of July 15, 2004, among MMP-5, Fenway Capital, LLC, Xxxxxx Castle Group Inc. and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
