Truck and/or Transport Terminal means land, or a building or structure where trucks and/or tractor trailers, are kept for hire, rental and/or lease, and/or stored, and/or parked for remuneration, and/or from which trucks and/or tractor trailers are dispatched for hire as common carriers.
