Trust Advisor Fee Rate. With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to [__]% per annum.
Trust Advisor Fee Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Operating Advisor Fee Rate With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to 0.00125% per annum.
Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.
Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.
Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.
Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”
Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.
Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.
L/C Fee Rate means the rates set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
Program Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in July 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis).
Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.
Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.
Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.
Liquidation Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property as to which a Liquidation Fee is payable, 1.0%.
Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.
Unused Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.
Workout Fee Rate With respect to each Corrected Mortgage Loan, 1.00%.
Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.
Operating Advisor Fee With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) and any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Operating Advisor Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. Such fee shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fee or other sum payable to the Operating Advisor under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operating Advisor Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Undrawn Fee Rate For any VFN Class, the rate set forth or described in the related Indenture Supplement, if any. United States and U.S.: The United States of America.
