Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule definition

Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule means the list of Trust Mortgage Loans transferred on the Closing Date to the Trustee as part of the Trust Fund, attached hereto as Schedule I (and also delivered to the Trustee and the Master Servicer in a computer readable format). Such list shall set forth the following information with respect to each Trust Mortgage Loan:
Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule. The list of Trust Mortgage Loans transferred on the Closing Date to the Trustee as part of the Trust Fund, attached hereto as Exhibits B-1 and B-2, collectively, which list sets forth the following information with respect to each Trust Mortgage Loan:

  • This notice is being delivered with respect to the [Mortgage Loan identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as Mortgage Loan number [__], and secured by the Mortgaged Property identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as _________________ (the "Subject Trust Mortgage Loan")]; [the Mortgage Loan/Loans identified on Exhibit A to Schedule I attached hereto (the "Subject Trust Mortgage Loans")].

  • Each Loan REMIC Regular Interest, if any, shall: (i) bear a numeric designation that is the same as the loan number for the related Early Defeasance Trust Mortgage Loan set forth on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule; (ii) accrue interest at the related per annum rate described in the definition of "Loan REMIC Remittance Rate"; and (iii) have an initial Uncertificated Principal Balance equal to the Cut-off Date Balance of the related Early Defeasance Trust Mortgage Loan.

  • Each REMIC I Regular Interest shall: (i) bear a numeric designation that is the same as the loan number for the related Trust Mortgage Loan set forth on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule; (ii) accrue interest at a per annum rate described in the definition of "REMIC I Remittance Rate"; and (iii) have an initial Uncertificated Principal Balance equal to the Cut-off Date Balance of the related Trust Mortgage Loan.

  • This notice is being delivered with respect to the Mortgage Loan identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as Mortgage Loan number [__], and secured by the Mortgaged Property identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as _________________ (the "Subject Trust Mortgage Loan").

  • Except in the case of the Mortgage Loan identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule under the headings preceded by "Lembi Portfolio-", such Mortgage Loan, together with any other Mortgage Loan made to the same Mortgagor or to an Affiliate of such Mortgagor, does not represent more than 5% of the Initial Pool Balance.

  • Except in the case of the Xxxxxx Trust Mortgage Loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as 1301 Avenue of the Americas and Chapel Hills Mall, respectively, such Mortgage Loan, together with any other Xxxxxx Trust Mortgage Loan made to the same Mortgagor or to an Affiliate of such Mortgagor, does not represent more than 5% of the Initial Pool Balance.

  • Moreover, the Committee on Rights of the Child in its General Comment No.6 affirms that “the right to education must be guaranteed comprehensively and without any distinction between undocumented children and children whose residence is authorized (Ibidem: 13).”Article 24 recognizes the right of the child of the highest attainable standard of health and mentions States Parties shall ensure no child is deprived to his or her right to access health care services (Ibidem: 47).

  • The information pertaining to such Mortgage Loan set forth in the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule was true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Except in the case of the Xxxxxx Trust Mortgage Loan identified on the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Note A1 Trust Mortgage Loan and the Two Penn Plaza Trust Mortgage Loan, such Mortgage Loan, together with any other Xxxxxx Trust Mortgage Loan made to the same Mortgagor or to an Affiliate of such Mortgagor, does not represent more than 5% of the Initial Pool Balance.

  • For purposes of reference only in this Agreement, and without in any way limiting the servicing rights and powers of the Master Servicer and/or the Special Servicer, with respect to any Crossed Trust Mortgage Loan (or successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan), the Mortgaged Property (or REO Property) that relates or corresponds thereto shall be the property identified in the Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule as corresponding thereto.

Related to Trust Mortgage Loan Schedule

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • First Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a first priority mortgage lien with respect to any Property.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Mortgage Loan File for inclusion in the Mortgage Loan File (to the extent such documents are in the possession of the Special Servicer) and copies of any additional related Mortgage Loan information, including correspondence with the Borrower Related Parties, and the Special Servicer shall promptly provide copies of all of the foregoing to the Servicer as well as copies of any analysis or internal review prepared by or for the benefit of the Special Servicer, provided that, such materials shall not include any Privileged Information.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Split Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Loan Combination. The only Split Mortgage Loans that are assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date are those that have the respective loan numbers (as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule) listed on the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Loan No. for related Mortgage Loan.”

  • Mortgage Loan Package Each pool of Mortgage Loans, which shall be purchased by the Purchaser from the Seller from time to time on each Closing Date.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Mortgage Loan Rider The standard FNMA/FHLMC riders to the Mortgage Note and/or Mortgage riders required when the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Group I Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group I. All Group I Mortgage Loans have a principal balance at origination that conforms to Xxxxxxx Mac loan limits.

  • Group II Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group II with a Stated Principal Balance at origination that may or may not conform to Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac loan limits.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Type 1 Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans identified in Exhibit F-1 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, serviced under the WFHM Servicing Agreement and having a Mid-Month Receipt Period with respect to all types of Unscheduled Principal Receipts.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
