Trust Preferred Securities Guarantee definition

Trust Preferred Securities Guarantee means any guarantee that the Company may enter into with the Trustee or other Persons that operates directly or indirectly for the benefit of holders of Trust Preferred Securities.

Trust Preferred Securities Guarantee means the Trust Preferred Securities Guarantee Agreement dated as of October __, 1996, entered into by the Company, as Guarantor, for the benefit of the holders of the Trust Preferred Securities.
