Examples of Trust Records in a sentence
Upon the reasonable advance request of the Trust, an Authorized Person or the CCO, copies of Trust Records shall be provided by Atlantic to the Trust or its authorized representatives, provided that the Trust or the appropriate Fund shall pay Atlantic’s reasonable costs of copying the Trust Records.
The Trust Records in Atlantic’s possession shall be the property of the Trust.
Any records relating to the Buy Back Program held by the Department will be considered Indian Fiduciary Trust Records and will be maintained as defined by Department of the Interior Manual Part 303 Chapter 6, which is based on U.S.C. 44 Chapter 31.

USBFS shall maintain a complete and orderly inventory of all Trust Records for which it has issued a receipt.
