Trust Records definition

Trust Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7(a). Other capitalized terms used but not defined in this Section 1(a) shall have the meanings set forth in this Agreement.
Trust Records means the books and records of a broker in which are or ought to be recorded receipts and disbursements of trust money and all relevant data respecting the circumstances in which, the purposes for which, and the grounds on which, the money is received or disbursed. (« registres des dépots »)
Trust Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7(a).

Examples of Trust Records in a sentence

  • Upon the reasonable advance request of the Trust, an Authorized Person or the CCO, copies of Trust Records shall be provided by Atlantic to the Trust or its authorized representatives, provided that the Trust or the appropriate Fund shall pay Atlantic’s reasonable costs of copying the Trust Records.

  • The Trust Records in Atlantic’s possession shall be the property of the Trust.

  • Any records relating to the Buy Back Program held by the Department will be considered Indian Fiduciary Trust Records and will be maintained as defined by Department of the Interior Manual Part 303 Chapter 6, which is based on U.S.C. 44 Chapter 31.

  • Store all inactive fiduciary Trust Records at AIRR at no cost to the [SELECT: Tribe OR Consortium] when the [SELECT: Tribe OR Consortium] no longer wishes to keep the records.

  • Once one or more Trust Records have been returned or released by USBFS, USBFS shall have no further duty or obligation to act as repository for said previously released Trust Records.

  • USBFS will also maintain those records of the Trust and the Trust including any changes, modifications or amendments thereto (the “Trust Records”) and will act as document repository for such Trust Records.

  • USBFS shall be under no duty or obligation to audit or reconcile the content, nor shall it be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of those Trust Records not created by it.

  • Upon written request in a form to be determined by USBFS and the Trust, USBFS will return or release the requested Trust Records to such persons or entities pursuant to the Instructions provided by the Trust.

  • Upon receipt of such Trust Records, USBFS will issue a receipt for such Trust Records.

  • USBFS shall maintain a complete and orderly inventory of all Trust Records for which it has issued a receipt.

Related to Trust Records

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Contract File means, as to each Contract, other than a Land-and-Home Contract,

  • Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Servicing Records means all documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Transferred Loans and the related Obligors.
