The Trusts Investment Committee may appoint one or more investment counsel as Investment Managers of all or a portion of the Investment Funds held in the Trust and grant to each such Investment Manager full and sole authority and responsibility for the investment and reinvestment of such portion thereof as the Trusts Investment Committee so directs.

During the Transition Period described in Section 4.02(f), the Trusts Investment Committee will have the right to direct the Trustee as to the manner in which the Trustee is to vote the shares of the mutual funds in the Investment Funds.
